(1928). This is a residential building located among the perimeter constructions of the street. It was built according to the 1925 design by an unknown architect for Josef Pencakowski in the Art Nouveau style.

This three-story building is made from plastered brick and is L-shaped with high light windows and a socle floor. The interior plan is sectional; the ceilings are flat. The composition of the main façade is symmetric; the central section is enforced and topped with a mansard. The entrance portal is decorated on both sides with pilasters with stylized Ionic capitals. The façade is crowned with a profiled cornice with molded ornamentation.

The building is a vivid example of Art Nouveau architecture.
