Vul. Nechuya-Levytskoho, 17 – residential building ID: 562
This L-shaped three-story apartment building (1906-1907; architect Jakob Rysiak) consists of the main frontal section and a rear wing. The façade, which follows the street regulation line, is flanked with buttresses. The plan and Art Nouveau decoration such as symbolic masks under the cornice mirror the composition of the adjacent building no. 19.
